I installed this in the fall of 2012. The manual is lacking information and the tech support is OK, but not excellent. Adjusting the air feed (under hopper) is the tech "answer" for an overheating stove, which is incorrect. That just blows all of your heat out the flue system. The over the hopper air feed is fixed as a component of the air wash system. You adjust the air feed for proper combustion. That is dependent on the fuel source and quality of fuel. Once set, you do not need to adjust that often unless you change the brand or quality of fuel. The fuel feed was nonadjustable. I had to engineer an electronic circuit to allow this adjustment, while maintaining the factory system and safeties. Done. Now that all adjustments are correct, this has been a great operating stove with a small footprint. The easy to access magnetic panels are very nice. A great addition to our house.
